Willie talked almost all the songs. He was nursing a teacup and hand towel for the show, so I don't know if he was having particular voice issues, or if that's just the way it is when you're in your 90s. My favorites were actually the ones his son sang, with Willie on guitar.

Bob Dylan (3rd) - 9/14/2024 - Pavilion at Star Lake, Burgettstown, PA

Setlist
All Along the Watchtower
Rainy Day Women #12 & 35
Love Sick
Little Queenie  (Chuck Berry cover)

Stella Blue  (Grateful Dead cover)
Six Days on the Road  (Paul Davis cover)
Can't Wait
I'll Be Your Baby Tonight
Soon After Midnight
Simple Twist of Fate
Ballad of a Thin Man

This would have been a really good lounge show. Dylan was at the piano the whole show. When playing any of his old classics he substantially changed the rhythm - e.g. an ambiant, dreamy version of Hard Rain. I think he spoke one sentence to the crowd.

#1,100 - John Mellencamp - 9/14/2024 - Pavilion at Star Lake, Burgettstown, PA

John Cockers
Paper in Fire
Ghost Towns Along the Highway
Small Town
Check It Out
Longest Days
Jack & Diane (Solo Acoustic)
Rain on the Scarecrow
Lonely Ol' Night
Crumblin' Down

Hurts So Good

John Mellencamp is in his 70s! So this show featured a performer in his 70s (Mellencamp), followed by a performer in his 80s (Dylan), followed by a performer in his 90s (Willie Nelson)!

#1,099 - Southern Avenue - 9/14/2024 - Pavilion at Star Lake, Burgettstown, PA
